The project Carbon-Free Island Jeju by 2030 promoted the Republic of Korea aims to expand renewable energy sources centered on wind power in and supply electric vehicles for eco-friendly mobility. However, increased penetration rate expansion variable can accelerate demand uncertainty generation output. In this paper, system analysis is performed through vehicle charging outputs prediction, an decentralization algorithm proposed mitigate congestion. order predict demand, measurement data were analyzed, random sampling was applying weight frequency each season time. addition, prediction using ARIMAX model. Input variables are additional explanatory (wind speed). Wind error (absolute average error) about 9.6%, which means that accuracy high. A practical scenario expected be higher than due concentration charging. used analyze problems may occur future, prepare a method decentralizing establish stable operation plan.
